Shipping policy

United States orders
We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States only.

 

Order origin & customs

Orders are fulfilled internationally, with final preparation and shipping originating from Turkey. Our logistics provider charges DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and customs-related costs separately from the base shipping charge; we absorb these costs through our shipping pricing. For U.S. customers, applicable import and customs charges are prepaid through our DDP logistics workflow. U.S. customs duties are prepaid -- no additional import charges are expected at delivery.

Processing time
Our products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for preparation unless a different processing time is stated on the product page. Selected Party Kits have a stated preparation time of 1–3 business days.

Shipping time
For products shipped with our express service, estimated transit time is 2–3 business days after dispatch. Preparation time is additional. This express estimate does not apply to economy services. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.
